SLA auto-approval timer
Publishers get a configurable window (default 48–72 hours) to approve or request revisions. No action within the window and the placement is approved without them, so a slow-moving publisher never blocks your scheduled content. Going live still needs the publisher to supply the live URL.
Rejected? Credits come straight back
If a publisher rejects the piece, your held credits are refunded automatically. You only ever pay for what actually publishes.
