The non-negotiable part
Nothing publishes without you
This is the reason independent titles will work with us and the reason we can promise advertisers a real placement. An article reaches your readers after you have approved it, and not one second before.
It runs
You accept the draft, publish it on your own site, and record the live URL. The placement becomes a payable line on your payouts screen.
It goes back
Write what needs to change. The advertiser reads your note as you wrote it, fixes the draft, and resubmits into the same thread.
It ends, at no cost
You owe no explanation and the advertiser owes no money — their held credits are released in full. Saying no is free, on purpose.

Earned, in flight, and payable are three figures
A placement you have approved but not yet published is money that is coming, not money you can draw. Your screen keeps the two apart so a pending total is never overstated.
Net-15 terms
Fair Media Group settles publisher payouts within fifteen days of a placement going live, against the statement in your dashboard.

Prove the domain is yours
Add a DNS record we give you. It takes minutes, it happens once, and it is what stands behind the promise that the person selling a placement controls the publication.
Gate 2
A reviewer reads the listing
A person here looks at the publication before it can be sold. That review is why the catalog is worth buying from, and it is why it is worth being in.
Your own pause switch is separate from both. Publications are listed only when your switch, the review and the platform listing all agree — and nobody here can quietly relist a publication you have paused.
